Feelings of stress or worry are natural; everyone has feelings of worry and anxiety at some point in their life, such as before an exam or job interview, or if you are going through a big life change, like starting university.
But if your stress levels are becoming too much and you are feeling overwhelmed too much that it is affecting your daily life and activities., we can help you manage this.
If you want to reduce stress or anxiety and feel calmer, we can help with the right talking therapy or support, including mindfulness exercises, creating a safety plan or just offering advice on dealing with mental health for you. You may have certain mental health goals you would like to work towards, and we can help you with these.

While feeling overwhelmed can be caused by many different factors, prolonged stress and anxiety can affect how you physically and mentally feel. There are several mental and physical signs and symptoms of feeling overwhelmed, no matter what is making you worried, anxious or stressed.
It is important to understand when you are feeling overwhelmed, as this can develop into chronic stress, which in turn causes a range of mental and physical symptoms that can negatively impact your wellbeing:
